Amelia is a Licensed Massage Therapist with 10 years of experience, known for blending a deep appreciation for body science with a holistic, intuitive approach to wellness. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in General Health and a minor in Sociology, later expanding her understanding of the human experience through a Master’s Certificate in Health, Humanities, and Ethics from the University of Colorado Anschutz. She completed her massage training at the Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy in 2016 and has been dedicated to the art and practice of bodywork ever since.

Amelia’s favorite modalities include neuromuscular therapy, hydrotherapy, and integrative massage. Her style is fluid and attentive combining technical precision with a grounded sense of intuition. She focuses on releasing tension, addressing areas of discomfort, and creating space for both physical healing and mental restoration. Open communication is central to her work, allowing each session to be tailored to the unique needs of every client. She often incorporates heat and aroma therapy to enhance relaxation and support the body’s natural ability to recharge.

Beyond her massage practice, Amelia is deeply engaged in community work through SAME Café (So All May Eat), a nonprofit built on a participation model where guests exchange volunteer time, donations, or produce for a healthy, locally sourced meal. Originally from the small coastal town of Port St. Joe in North Florida, Amelia has called Denver home since 2015. Passionate about working with health‑minded clients, she views massage therapy as both a therapeutic tool and an art form The massage table is a space where body, mind, and spirit can return to balance.

When she’s not in the studio or the cafe, Amelia can often be found in her yard with her six chickens, an overgrown garden, Linguini the Weenie, and her ever‑evolving landscaping dreams. She also loves reading, crafting, painting, yoga, and fire dance.
